As announced in 2020, Coca-Cola will stop production of TaB in coming weeks. TaB has been around for 59 years, and was Coca-Cola's first diet soft drink. It will be replaced by Coca-Cola No Sugar, No Caffeine. After 59 years of existence, the countdown to the retirement of diet soft drink TaB has begun in earnest with The Coca-Cola company ramping up its marketing campaign on social media this week about its replacement: Coca-Cola No Sugar No Caffeine. "For those consumers who prefer low-calorie/low-kilojoule, caffeine-free beverages, we continue to offer Coca-Cola No Sugar No Caffeine in South Africa."
