PETALING JAYA: RHB Islamic Bhd marks another milestone in its ongoing collaboration with Unit Peneraju Agenda Bumiputera (Teraju) by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the latter's unit under purview, Institut Keusahawanan Negara (INSKEN). The signing, which took place here earlier today, addresses areas of entrepreneurial learning, development programmes, cooperation in expertise and resources utilisation as well as future cobranding programmes. "INSKEN's high performing training consists of talent development programmes for SMEs, institutional development and advancing competencies of the senior management of SME business," said Husni. He further explained that the short term goal of the programme is to develop senior management capabilities and sound decision-making and talent development for future succession. "The RHB advisory services will be beneficial in aligning the entrepreneurs' business development to expand their business locally and internationally," said Husni.
