Lower inflation and stabilizing prices bode well for the company, coupled with strong sales from its pasta-and-sauce and ice-cream businesses, he added. RFM is allocating P400 million this year, of which P320 million would be spent to increase its milk-production capacity by 30 percent and the rest to add two spaghetti lines to the current four. Sales growth was attributed to most of its businesses, including ice cream, flour, pasta and milk. RFM shares ended down by 1 centavo or 0.20 percent to P5.09 each last Friday.
