Including the 2014 Supreme Court who ruled that racism isn't a thing anymore and allowed red states to re-implement their Jim Crow laws. The right-wing loves to use the term "government overreach" a lot. For whatever reason the far right has never considered abortion bans and threatening doctors with jail a government overreach. Not only is the presumtive Republican nominee for President unhinged, so is the rest of the party.
