Advertisers will indemnify Radio Africa Group against all claims and/or litigation directly or indirectly related to improper, unauthorized, or falsely verified use of photographs, drawings, voices, audiovisuals, names, logos, trademarks, likenesses or any other ad copy submitted to Radio Africa Group for publication or broadcasting. No Radio Africa Group staff may accept any form of payment for any reason whatsoever from any prior, present or future Radio Africa Group clients. Any ads representing the creative efforts of, or containing material prepared by Radio Africa Group’s advertising department, staff and radio presenters, will become the intellectual property of Radio Africa Group. The customer assigns to us all right, title, and interest, including copyright and trademark to all advertisements and promotions which represent the creative effort of Radio Africa Group or contain material prepared by Radio Africa Group.
