Performance for Kingdom Hearts 3 on consoles is a mess. The so-called “Stable” mode caps frame rate at 30 fps which is supposed to solve the problems that come with uneven frame rates. You can reduce these problems if you own a PS4 Pro, but you’ll have to change the Pro’s system setting to do it. If you’re playing on any console other than the Pro, you’re stuck with the game in its current state. The hope is the company will do the same for Kingdom Hearts 3.
