On Christmas Day, The Queen, Prince Charles and other senior royals usually walk to church in public and enjoy a family lunch at Sandringham. A source told the Mail on Sunday: "Any sort of church attendance on Christmas Day is highly unlikely under the current guidelines. "There is no desire to create crowds and over the years, the Royals’ walk to church has become more and more popular. During lockdown, The Queen and Prince Philip became closer than ever as they spent more time together, insiders said. They will leave Scotland this week to spend a few weeks at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate.
