A 50-year-old man from Quebec has been charged in the stabbing of a police officer Wednesday at an airport in Michigan that is being investigated as an act of terrorism, U.S. federal prosecutors said. They said the incident happened at 9:45 a.m. at the Bishop International Airport in Flint, Mich., located about 80 kilometres northwest of Detroit. Gelios said Ftouhi entered the airport, spent a little time on the first level, then went upstairs where he spent some time in the restaurant. He pulled out a knife, yelled 'Allahu akbar,' and stabbed Lt. Neville in the neck“Then he came out, he was carrying baggage,” he said.
