Quebec City police have arrested two men in connection with alleged break-ins and sexual assaults at a university residence. One of the accused has been released on a promise to appear in court at a later date. The other suspect, Thierno-Ourny Barry, 19, was arraigned Saturday and faces various charges related to alleged break-ins. He has not been charged with any sex-related offences. Police received 15 complaints of break-ins last weekend at the Laval University residence, including four of alleged sexual assault.
