The Quang Tri festival will begin at 8pm at Culture Centre, No1A Hung Vuong Street on July 18. The festival follows several successful events that were held in the province in previous years, such as the Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam Art Festival and the Trans–Asia Road and Indochinese Music Festival.
