He said Eid holidaymakers are enjoying a hassle-free journey this year as all the preparations were taken to this end. He said new buses of Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) have contributed to easing transportation on highways this year. As various allegations are raised against Himachal Paribahan, Quader said he has instructed the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) to take action against the company. Shah Fateh Ali Paribahan of Bogra and Hanif Paribahan have been fined for negligence, the minister added.
