Quader, also road transport and bridges minister, remarked this at a press briefing at the Awami League president's Dhanmondi political office, in Dhaka, on Friday morning. He said: “Proper initiatives have been taken by the government to bring Tarique Rahman back. The Election Commission will deal with the cases and Awami League has nothing to do with it,” he added. On the issue of Jamaat-e-Islami, Quader said: “Jamaat, is now internally conflicted over disagreements between their senior and young leaders.
