PHOTO | DENNIS ONSONGOFake doctor Ronald Melly was over the weekend given a grand homecoming fit for a king by villagers at his home in Tinderet in Nandi County. The 28 year old was arrested on November 21 in Nairobi for practicing medicine without qualifications. CELEBRATEDHowever, in a twist of events, residents from his home village celebrated his release with cheers oblivious of the seriousness of the matter. Despite being unqualified, a report by the Health ministry has revealed that Mr Melly performed eight surgeries at the Kapsabet County Referral Hospital when he worked at the facility.
