The PeninsulaDoha: Qatar Chamber (QC) Chairman Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al Thani met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia H E Mesganu Arga and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of a number of QC board members. The meeting touched on enhancing economic cooperation between Qatar and Ethiopia, reviewing the investment opportunities available and encouraging Qatari investors to invest in Ethiopia. Speaking at the meeting, Ethiopian Minister H E Mesganu Arga praised the distinguished relations between Qatar and Ethiopia and Qatar’s amazing host of the FIFA World Cup 2022. Sheikh Khalifa also underscored the Chamber’s interest to encourage the Qatari businessmen to enhance cooperation with theirEthiopian counterparts and find out opportunities available there.
