Last Tuesday, outgoing Mayor Herbert M. Bautista and Education Secretary Dr. Leonor Briones led in the inauguration of a new four-story senior high school building in Flora Ylagan, Barangay Pinayahan. The new Flora Ylagan Senior High School building has 23 classrooms and laboratories. According to a city government statement, the Bautista administration has reduced the classroom shortage to less than 1,000 from 3,000.
