WorldHANGZHOU, REUTERS -Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Monday that he and U.S. President Barack Obama had taken another step forward when it came to helping resolve the Syria crisis after the two leaders discussed the subject at the G20 in China. Putin said he felt he and Obama had understood each other and the problems the world faced in Syria.
