Kewal Krishan Jindal Kewal Krishan JindalAkali councillor Paramjeet Singh Pammi, accused of killing Hindi journalist Kewal Krishan Jindal on Thursday, surrendered before Ludhiana police on Saturday morning. He added that Dhuri resident Jindal was his “best friend” and at the time of the incident, both were sharing a drink. Pammi told police he didn’t remember, being in an inebriated state, he couldn’t recall how the shot was fired. He also claimed that he took Jindal to a hospital soon after the incident where he was declared dead. He claimed that the SAD councillor shot his father when he asked him to return the money.
