LAHORE: Minister for School Education Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan on Friday signed two important Memorandums of understanding (MoU) with the British Council in London which will support school sector reforms in the areas of physical education and skills development. The MoU signing ceremony was held in UK where Rana Mashhood also attended the British Educational Training and Technology Show (BETT). The show was held to showcase the latest advancements and breakthroughs in educational technology from across the world. During his visit, Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan had in-depth discussions regarding the steps taken by the government of Punjab under Punjab Chief Minister’s Education Reforms Roadmap with Microsoft’s Beth Watson (WW Director Education Partner Marketing), Larry Nelson (WW M.D. They showed great interest in joining hands to provide educational technology to the school education department and also to participate in the International Educational Conference being held on the 9th and 10th of April in Lahore.
