Jetti Petroleum Inc. said the price of diesel was projected to drop by 85 centavos to 90 centavos per liter, and the price of gasoline by 80 centavos to 85 centavos per liter. Last week, most oil companies cut the price of diesel by 25 centavos to 35 centavos per liter, gasoline by 10 to 15 centavos per liter, and kerosene by 25 centavos per liter. The adjustment brought the common price of diesel to P37.90 per liter, gasoline to P47.45 per liter, and kerosene by P47.57 per liter, based on the Department of Energy’s weekly monitoring. For diesel, there has been a net increase of P1.25 per liter, and kerosene a net increase of 83 centavos per liter.
