NEW YORK: The 107th Pulitzer Prize which had been awarded by Columbia University was awarded to The Wall Street Journal for Investigative Reporting, The Los Angeles Times for breaking news, and The New York Times for international reporting. The Associated Press received two Pulitzer Prizes for its coverage of the Ukraine conflict, including the most prestigious of all, the Public Service Prize. The New York Times was awarded the international reporting prize for its coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Eli Saslow, now at the Times, won the Post's feature writing award.”The Pulitzer Prizes, first granted in 1917, are the most prestigious awards in American journalism. On the other hand, AL.com, an Alabama news website, earned two Pulitzer Prizes: one for local reporting and one for opinion.
