KOTA KINABALU: Police believe that five or six shots were fired in a shooting incident at Kampung Lok Urai on Pulau Gaya yesterday, which led to two children among three people sustaining serious injuries. “According to several witnesses, the suspect fired five to six shots. “With these elements, we hope to arrest the suspect soon,” said Habibi, adding that police are still probing the motive. “There could be other motives that we have yet to determine involving the suspect and his victims,” he said. All injured victims were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and were reported to be in stable condition.
