Public urged to conserve water as Angat Dam’s level remains below normal 0 SHARES Share it! Share TweetBy Ellalyn De Vera-RuizThe National Water Resources Board (NWRB) has appealed to the public to continue to conserve water as the Angat Dam still remains way below its normal high water level of 210 meters. While the water level at Angat Dam has already “normalized” when it reached the 180-meter normal operating level, the current level of 189.63 meters is still way below the 210 meters normal high level for the rainy season. To ensure that there is enough water for the millions of households in the next summer season, Angat Dam’s water level has to reach 210 meters. Based on the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration’s monitoring, Angat Dam’s water level has declined from 189.74 meters last Tuesday to 189.63 meters on Wednesday.
