Daniel Moore, a Milton-based plumber, raped a woman in the public toilet in Waihola, about 40 kilometres south of Dunedin, on April 20. "To know he came home and had relations with me – it just makes me sick," Allen told the ODT. The day after the incident – and just days before his arrest – he stopped at the same public toilet while his wife and children waited in the car.
