MANILA, Philippines — Warning signals in some areas have been lifted after Tropical Storm Urduja slightly weakened while traversing Visayas, the state weather bureau reported Saturday. According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s 5:00 p.m. advisory, the tropical storm had receded to maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph.
