(Image: Getty Images/iStockphoto)The customer claimed the group had tried to order two coffees - both through the app and with staff members - but were left waiting 50 minutes for the drinks to arrive. He added that the majority of customers leave four or five star reviews, leading to the pub receiving a TripAdvisor 2019 Certificate of Excellence, which he says is "currently still valid". The customer has since said she was "absolutely disgusted" by the response and insisted her review was a true account of their experience.
