The success stories of many multinationals in some departments could be attributed to the role of social media. The scramble for social media attention and acceptance has indeed proven to be more of a negative psychological consequence of social media. Those kinds of feelings that evolve during these processes are the consequences of getting addicted to social media. Meanwhile, I will not fail to stress the level of envy that is being exhibited on social media. To also avoid experiencing some of these psychological consequences of social media, stop being an addict.
