Naivasha residents burned a figurine of Nominated Senator Paul Njoroge after he said Central will not automatically support William Ruto's 2022 presidency bid. Njoroge said at the weekend that DP Ruto should not demand Central Kenya's support in 2022 general election. Area leaders joined them in demonstrations during which they lashed out at the Senator for his "baseless" sentiments.
