The Ukrainian Association in South Africa protested outside the Russian Embassy in Pretoria this week. The protest was to mark the one-year anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Children's clothes and toys, nestled on a white "bloodied" sheet, were placed in front of the Russian Embassy in Pretoria this week to mark a year of Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the children who lost their lives in the war. This time around, the association created an installation to symbolise the children killed because of the Russian invasion.
