SPOKANE, Wash. — Rape and kidnapping charges against all four members of a Polish death metal band were dropped Friday by prosecutors in Washington state. Prosecutors filed a motion in Spokane County Superior Court dismissing the charges against members of Decapitated, citing only the “well-being of the victim,” as the reason. “They are headed back home this week,” Graham said of the band members. The other three band members are Michal Lysejko, 27; Rafal Piotrowski, 31; and Hubert Wiecek, 30. The band members had been out of jail since late last year, when bail was dropped and they were released on their own recognizance.
