A wilderness trail going all the way from Ross to Fox Glacier would boost conservation education and regenerative tourism, the West Coast Conservation Board has heard. He wanted the trail to be extended to Ross to link up with the existing 139-kilometre West Coast Wilderness Trail between Greymouth and Ross.
