What the home at 4201 Hickory Dr., that exploded in late June looked like in the first week of July. The property, in the area of Dixie and Rathburn roads, is listed at $675,000 by Save Max Real Estate Brokerage in Brampton. Loveleen Dhiman, marketing head at Save Max Real Estate, said Dua is out of the country and said she didn’t have more information about the listing. It’s not immediately known if it’s a power of sale property, but The News has learned through real estate records that National Holdings Ltd. is selling the Hickory land. Real estate records also show the Hickory property was built in 1984 and was last sold in 1989 for $489,750.
