Promptis has innovative rapid hardening qualities that, when mixed with concrete, hit its maximum strength 3 percent faster than conventional methods. As part of the trials for Promptis, the concrete solution was poured along Edsa Taft. With the concrete solution, the DPWH and its contractors are provided a cost-efficient alternative in completing road projects. The launch was followed by the "Fast Forward: Promptis One-Day Concrete and Advanced Paving Solutions Workshop" jointly held by the DPWH and CEMEX Philippines at the Manila Port Harbour's CEMEX Terminal. To further test Promptis, CEMEX also joins a micro-casting activity during a DPWH concrete workshop.
