Nathan Perks. Welfare almost scored a third when from a quick throw Perks’ crossfield pass found Ferguson and his shot was saved by Chapman. Perks completed his hat trick 12 minutes into the second period with an angled shot across the keeper into the far corner. The visitors never gave up trying and pulled a goal back on 77 minutes when substitute Robbie Tomlinson scored. But Welfare had the final word when Perks scored his fourth goal and his side’s eighth with a low shot that beat Chapman.
