Project Power (16+, 103mins) Directed by Henry Joost, Ariel Schulman **½A new plague is sweeping New Orleans, one that could cause even more irreparable damage than Hurricane Katrina. Citizens claiming they have been hit or robbed by a ghost, people climbing walls and seeing others aflame. Netflix Jamie Foxx plays the mysterious Major in Netflix’s Project Power. It never really makes us truly care for the characters and perhaps, most importantly, fails to deliver us a proper villain. Project Power is now streaming on Netflix.
