Some bodies responsible for delivering the €116 billion “Project Ireland” infrastructure plan will face “significant capability challenges”, a report has warned. The report, drawn up by consultancy firm EY, examines the capacities of a range of State bodies and Government departments which will be involved in delivering the National Development Plan.
