Alphabet revenues are driven mostly by Google's advertising business. The revenue, meanwhile, totaled $41.76 billion in the first six months of the year compared to $34.99 billion in the same period of 2015. The company said half of the searches on its web browser, Chrome, now come from mobile devices.
