KUCHING: Police investigation into the murder of opposition politician Bill Kayong will not end with the arrest of the six suspects last Friday, said Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Mazlan Mansor. Asked on the motive of the murder, Mazlan said the police did not intend to disclose it for fear it might affect the investigation and court proceedings if the case was brought to court later. “Although we (police), especially the special force formed to handle the case, have managed to find the weapon used in the murder investigation from all angles, the probe will proceed from all angles,” he told reporters at his Hari Raya open house here Wednesday. He said several other angles needed to be considered to complete the investigation before the police could bring the case to court and the outcome submitted to the prosecutors.
