The three-judge bench headed by chief justice when started the hearing of case pertaining to hike in private school fee, Justice Faisal Arab observed that every school at the time of its establishment acquired approval for fee structure. Justice Ijazul Ahsun reiterated that the provision of education and regulation of private schools was the responsibility of the state. He said it was up to the people to send their child to a government or a private school. Justice Faisal Arab said that even in private schools, there were options of low and high fees. The lawyer replied that even the doctors call for regulating the school fee.
