Rescuers have been deployed to the scene near the Zebak district in Badakhshan province, 155 miles north-east of the capital Kabul. Russian civil aviation authorities said a Dassault Falcon 10 went missing with four crew members and two passengers on board. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova also said the Russian Embassy in Afghanistan is working with local officials on the incident.
