(File photo)Inmates involved in a stand-off with staff at Christchurch Men's Prison have surrendered, ending a prison-wide lock down that last several hours. The incident started about 8.30am on Thursday as seven prisoners were escorted to a yard for recreation time. Four inmates surrendered about 10am and were "secured" while staff continued to negotiate with the remaining three.
