According to Page Six, Priscilla asked a judge to determine whether or not the document is acceptable in court. Now it seems that there is a new amendment which was added in March 11th 2016, here her daughter Riley and late son Benjamin were added as co-trustees. Priscilla questions the veracity of the documentPriscilla claims that there are some inconsistencies in the document as she mentioned it "appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature," further arguing that Lisa Marie's name had even been spelled wrong. "Accordingly, in such event, Riley would become a co-trustee with [Priscilla] with respect to the trust and all trust created thereunder," the document reads. However, it seems that her inheritance is not as vast as the public believes, as Lisa Marie issued a lawsuit against Siegel because she left her with $14,000 in cash.
