In her advert, model Lady Kitty is seen sipping tea in the famous museum while a Chinese woman pours milk from a carton titled 'Satine Jersey Milk British Museum Classic Edition'. She is referred to as the "niece of the late Princess Diana" and said that she has "shared the story of Jersey milk and the British Royal Family. While Lady Kitty herself is quoted as saying: "Jersey milk has a close relationship with the British Royal Family. Jersey milk is considered to be the finest and most special from the United Kingdom." In a behind the scenes video she says she is "thrilled...to celebrate the collaboration between the British Museum and Satine".
