The 30-year-old relative of the late princess wed Michael Lewis, a wealthy father-of-three who is more than twice her age, in a lavish ceremony in Rome. When she was appointed as the D&G’s global ambassador a few months ago, Lady Kitty remarked on how great the clothes made her feel. One of D&G’s gowns was apparently also worn by Viscountess Weymouth at the wedding while fellow guest Holland Cooper was shown holding a Dolce & Gabbana bag on Instagram. Lady Kitty and Michael were believed to have met through former Defence Secretary Liam Fox, and their relationship first went public in August 2018.
