The Duke of Cambridge and his younger brother, Prince Harry, both paid tribute to their late mum, Princess Diana, on Mother's Day with separate activities. He told how he “constantly” talks to his children “about Granny Diana” at bedtime, so that they know “there are two grandmothers in their lives”. Harry told Oprah that he and William are on "different paths" and there is "space" between them, but he hopes time will mend their relationship. American breakfast show presenter Gayle King said Harry has spoken to William and their father, Prince Charles, following the interview. In a statement, the Sussexes had said "while there is not any jurisdiction by the Monarchy … over the use of the word ‘Royal’ overseas", they would not use "Sussex Royal" or "Royal" in their branding.
