Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will reportedly honeymoon in ‘royal retreat' cabin in Alberta

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will reportedly spend their honeymoon in a 6,000 square foot outlook cabin, aptly dubbed the “royal retreat” in Alberta’s Jasper National Park. According to TMZ, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will travel to the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge at an undetermined date. “Though Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has a longstanding history of serving as a royal retreat, we can confirm that the couple is not currently booked for a stay,” the statement read. Complete with six bedrooms, two fireplaces, a veranda and a conservatory, the “royal retreat” has become a hotspot for the royal family. In June 2005, Queen Elizabeth II followed in her parents’ footsteps and stayed in the cabin with Prince Philip.
