Prince Charles says that farmers want to be save the environment but cannot use sustainable methods without going out of business. The Prince wrote an article In Country Life magazine to mark his 71st birthday. The Prince of Wales added there were 'no prizes for going out of business'. 'You can't blame farmers for not adopting sustainable practices on a wider scale unless it is profitable for them to do so.' Prince Charles believes that explaining the breed of animal and variety of fruit or vegetable, will help environmentally-conscious people understand where the food comes from.
