The Duke of York has "completely shut the door" on the idea of cooperating with lawyers looking into the case, Manhattan US attorney Geoffrey Berman has claimed. New York lawyers are investigating people who may have helped Epstein commit his crimes. In January Mr Berman said that Andrew had provided "zero cooperation" to date. At the time he added: “Jeffrey Epstein couldn’t have done what he did without the assistance of others, and I can assure you that the investigation is moving forward." Mirror Online contacted Buckingham Palace for comment, and was told the Duke's legal team were acting as spokeperson for the case.
