Prime Minister John Key has urged the National Party conference not to dwell on the fact it will be trying to win fourth term of Government at next year's election. Mr Key paid tribute to deputy leader and Finance Minister Bill English who have been a team for 10 years. "We have to earn the right to do that but this party is capable of doing that." "I think any successful Government needs to have a leader and a deputy leader that are attached at the hip." It was easy to spend time focusing on a fourth term, he said in brief opening remarks to the party's conference 80th in Christchurch.
