Primary schoolers make the nation proud at Bangkok Innovation Awards


PETALING JAYA: Four Kedah primary schoolers brought home international honours in a proud moment for their families and the nation in the field of innovation. Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri Ramanan Ramakrishnan expressed pride in the students’ achievement at the Bangkok Innovation Awards, where the team secured two gold medals and second place in the Primary School Engineering Category. The four students were Ilaneyan Yuvarajan and Theerchanna Muniandy from SJKT Ko Sarangapany, as well as Ilanarun Yuvarajan and Elamaaran Muniandy from SMK Sultan Badlishah. He also described the success as a symbol of the younger generation’s ability to elevate the nation through innovation and academic excellence. At the same time, the Sungai Buloh MP expressed gratitude to the teachers who guided the students throughout their journey to international success, as well as their parents, who travelled to Bangkok to provide moral support.
