A recent New York Times/Siena College poll found Mr. Trump leading Mr. Biden in five of the most competitive states. “There’s a lot of reasons to be against Donald Trump, but damn, he shouldn’t be president,” Mr. Biden said at a fund-raiser in San Francisco.
